In this episode, Bennie explains the second of his Three Rules of Consistency.

Rule #2
- Once you give a command, you cannot touch your dog or the leash, and you have to do everything in your power to do that command
Leave the leash on your dog, because it creates a sense of control of your dog.
Various forms of motivation: verbal, noise, body language, treats, toys
Remember that Praise is only praise if she completes the command.
Rule #1
- Once you give a command, no matter what happens, you always have to end it in a positive way
- You must understand at times that there is NO WAY your dog will complete the command, so you MUST release your dog from the command by saying “All Done”.

Practicing awareness for off-leash and on-leash training for everyday communication with your dog.
